Bring these instead:

✗  NO plastic bags of any kind

1. Weight Your Tent Down

Minimum 40 lbs per leg on a 10x10. Double that per leg on a 20x10. No weights, no setup — this is a safety call and it is not negotiable.

2. Temporary Food Permits

If you needed a temporary food permit, it will be issued to you at load‑in by Aubrey. Keep it posted in your booth for the entire event — the health department checks for it.

3. Cooking or Heavy Electrical? Fire Compliance Is On You

You must have a properly‑rated fire extinguisher, and all tent fabric, backdrops, and sidewalls must carry an official tag certifying they are flame‑retardant to NFPA 701. No tag, no operating. The fire marshal pulls booths for this.

4. Secure Your Propane

All propane tanks must be secured upright so they cannot tip. A milk crate is the go‑to — bring one per tank.

5. Frying and Not a Food Truck?

If you're new, contact Chris before the event — (302) 357‑0388. Open‑flame frying outside a truck has its own set of rules and we need to place you accordingly.

6. Electric Must Be Requested in Advance

If you need power and haven’t filled out the form, do it now or contact Aubrey — (484) 463‑4733. Otherwise you will not have power that day. We cannot add drops on‑site.
